Hello Observers

Before I get to the special announcements let's talk a little about the Happiness series in general. It is a very special anniversary after all.

Around this time 5 years ago I created the first Happiness game under the title '' Happiness 1''. A game that spawned a long series that took around 4 years to finish.

But the Happiness series was never really meant to be a series. It wasn't even meant to have more than 2 games but because I was and still am obsessed with connecting every story I write, the games just naturally connected to each other, and by the time ''Null'' came out and gave the series the spotlight it needed, the Happiness series was already a continuous long saga.

However, at the end of last year and after completing the series I decided to retire from making games and make the series unavailable to be played anymore.

I received quite a large number of messages on Discord and Twitter from some of you guys justifiably confused and disappointed about this decision.

The games did remain unavailable for new players until about a few months ago. Not only did the series return but it even received a full remaster.

However, despite of that I was still ''officially'' retired and wasn't planning on releasing any new games....until now.

To celebrate the 5th anniversary of the Happiness series I'm officially announcing the upcoming release of not one but 2 new games: 

 The first game is called '' Call me CC: Dating Sim'': This game is purely for the fans. It's a game a lot of you have been demanding for a long time. Just like the game sounds, this game is a dating sim with the main heroine being of course '' Cécélia''. However, CC is not the only person you can pursue romantically. You can choose to go after pretty much every character in the game including Carmine, Anya, Nessrine, Naz, Reeva, and many many others ( including Hassan)

The games rely on a '' point/flag'' system, have a lot of endings, and don't require playing any of the Happiness games nor does it spoil them.

I should also mention that despite the game being a dating sim it's still a Happiness game so don't expect a generic dating sim.

Now before I accidently spoil anything let's jump to the second upcoming game.

The second game is called '' Purpose''. Now this game is the actual reason I'm officially coming back from retirement. It's the first and probably only game I'm pouring all of my heart and soul in. Now don't get me wrong every Happiness game I made was a product of pure passion and love considering the series was pretty obscure in most of its run time but this new game '' Purpose'' is something else.

This game is everything. It is both the start and the ending. It's reality.
